Curly Hard Maple Bread Board
Product Description
This useful bread board is made of curly (some people call it tiger) maple. It measures approximately, 3/4" by 5/1/2" by 16" long. It is treated with mineral oil for contact with food products. This is the recommended type of finish.
This basic tool should be in every kitchen. Our non-porous bread boards clean up easily. Remember to use the old traditional method to clean your board, use 1-2 T. of salt and a 1/2 of lemon; rub the board with the lemon and salt mixture. I do my boards every 2-3 weeks.
